This machine is ordinary but great wonderful machine for makrobiotik cooking.
You can make powder out of wheat, dinkel,barley,roggen,buchweizen,rice etc.
It is always fresh, because each time you make as much as you need.
The quality of the powder is more rough than the powder from supermarket,
but more grounding tasty safety for my life strenth.

This machine can do many things like mixing, boiling, steaming, making dou of the bread, pasta, weight ingredients by 10g etc, not only 'do', but also 'do' perfectly in a high quality standard.
So this supermachine is one of our wonderful insturments in our house, which support our makrobiotik cooking here.
 
It makes soup, bred dou making, steaming Kofu for 2 hours only setting time length will do, so many things --- but greatest of all is that it makes roasted sesami and cashewnuts, powder and paste in the moment.
Many stuff introduced here are made through this machine.
For example 'hirse milk' which we use for musli instead of cow milk will be ready in 20 minutes with this thermomix.
Tahini will be ready in 5 minutes graining.
This machine is expensive, but it works that much at least, I guess.
I highly recommend it.

―Flocken quetsche―

This is the instrument which can make grains into flakes.
Every morning we make oats as much as we eat into flakes.
So that it is alwasy fresh.
Otherwise, usually after 24hours all the nutritians will be lost.
When you like to make wheat, barley, dinkel,
You can wash it in the night, leave it overnight,
then make flakes in the morning.
It is small, 9cm * 12cm * 24cm, but it works ecellent. 
This is one quete lovely instrument in our house.
